What is the Bill of Sale for a machine?

It's the document that transfers ownership of the machine to you, and we send it through DocuSign once your payment clears. It identifies the machine by serial number and records the hour meter reading at the time of sale. Equipment isn't covered by the federal odometer law that applies to road vehicles, so there's no Odometer Disclosure Statement — the hour reading on your Bill of Sale does that job. Once it's signed, your order moves to delivery scheduling.
