3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, including bidding and purchasing vehicles.
4. Bidding and Purchases
By placing a bid or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you make a binding offer to buy the vehicle under the terms shown at the time of your action, including the vehicle price and any Transportation Charge displayed for your delivery ZIP code.
Winning bids and completed purchases may require you to sign a Purchase Agreement and related documents, and to pay in full as stated on your official invoice.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are bank wire transfer and ACH (bank-to-bank). We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, Apple Pay, cashier’s checks, financing, leasing, or installment plans unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Payment details are provided only on your official invoice. Do not rely on unsolicited changes to banking information sent by email or text.
6. Delivery and Transportation
Vehicle delivery is available within the continental United States where offered. Transportation is always charged separately and is never free. The Transportation Charge is calculated for your ZIP code and shown before you bid or buy, and again on your Purchase Agreement and invoice.
Delivery timing depends on logistics and carrier availability. Estimated schedules may change. After delivery, report transport-related concerns within 24 hours of drop-off.
7. Vehicle Condition and Documents
Listings may include photos, vehicle information, inspection details, and related documents. Vehicles are sold subject to the disclosures and documents provided for that listing and to any signed Purchase Agreement and warranty documents.
A limited warranty, return policy, or money-back guarantee—if offered—will be described in the documents and policies presented to you at purchase. Those documents control if there is any conflict with general website text.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services, including:
- Unauthorized data scraping or automated content retrieval
- Publishing harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Framing or reproducing our content without permission
- Attempting to access restricted areas, accounts, or systems
- Manipulating bids, creating fake accounts, or otherwise misusing the platform
9. Disclaimers
Your use of the service is at your own risk. The website and all services—including vehicle listings, auctions, bidding, and related information—are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your expectations or needs
- The service will be uninterrupted or free from defects
- Results obtained through the service will always be accurate
- Errors or issues will be corrected immediately
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including bids, purchases, payments, delivery, or vehicle transactions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
