It's the report included with every machine, and it's built around the things that decide whether a machine is worth buying: hours, hydraulics and undercarriage. It covers:
- Identity and hours — year, make, model, PIN / serial and hour meter recorded and photographed, with any meter replacement disclosed.
- Engine and cooling — cold start, fluid analysis, leaks, belts, radiator and diagnostic codes.
- Hydraulics — pump output and pressure tested, cylinders checked for drift and rod condition, hoses, valve bank and cycle times.
- Undercarriage or tires — track, roller, idler and sprocket wear measured and reported as remaining percentage, or tire condition on wheeled machines.
- Powertrain and final drives — travel motors, final drives, swing bearing and swing motor.
- Structure — boom, stick, frame and welds inspected for cracks and prior repair.
- Operation — the machine is run through its full function under load, with cab, controls and safety systems checked.
Every item is marked Pass, Serviced or Checked, and measured wear is reported as a number rather than a word, so you can budget. Anything we find is disclosed to you before you buy.
