An RV is two things at once — a vehicle and a home — so it gets the longest inspection we run. The chassis side covers the road test, engine, cooling, transmission and drivetrain, brakes and air system, suspension, steering, tires and frame. The coach side then covers what you actually live in:
- Roof and sealing — every seam, seal and penetration checked, with a water intrusion test.
- Plumbing and propane — fresh, grey and black tanks, pump, water heater, lines and a propane leak-down test.
- Heating, cooling and appliances — furnace, air conditioning, fridge, stove and water heater run and confirmed working.
- Generator and electrical — generator run under load, shore power, inverter, converter and house batteries.
- Slide-outs and awnings — cycled fully, with seals and mechanisms checked.
Every item is marked Pass, Serviced or Checked, and anything we find is disclosed to you before you buy.
