- Hydraulic oil and filters changed / checked
- Hydraulic pressures and cycle times tested
- Cooling system cleaned and pressure-checked
- Leaks traced, hoses and fittings replaced as needed
- Greased throughout; pins and bushings checked
- Undercarriage or tire wear measured and recorded
- Batteries, charging and starting system tested
- Safety systems, lights and cab controls checked
- Pressure-washed and cab cleaned
