A machine proves itself on a job, not on a lot. Put it to work for 30 days — if it isn’t right, we’ll collect it free and refund you.
Idling in a yard tells you nothing. So the return window is built around work: run it for a full 30 days, on real ground, doing what you bought it for. There is no cap on the hours you put on the meter.
If the hydraulics fade under load, the undercarriage wears faster than the report suggested, or it simply is not the right size for your sites, tell us. We’ll arrange free collection and get your refund moving.
Notice is on time if it's sent by 8:00 p.m. local time on the last day of your 30-day window.
Step 1 — Tell us
Let our Customer Experience team know by email, certified mail or live chat within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2 — We collect
We arrange the lowboy and the oversize permits for every state on the route, so collection usually takes five to seven business days rather than three. Your 30 days are counted from the day you tell us, not the day the truck arrives.
Step 3 — Get refunded
Once we’ve collected it, read the hour meter and confirmed its condition, your refund is initiated within 48 hours to your original payment method.
The guarantee is generous and straightforward — here's exactly how it works.
Only two things, both documented: the reasonable cost to repair new damage caused after delivery, supported by photos and an invoice or estimate, and the replacement cost of missing keys, attachments or documents.
That is the whole list. We won’t deduct for ordinary use, pre-existing damage, carrier damage, faults that were already there at delivery, reconditioning, depreciation, administrative fees, a title delay at the DMV or lost profit.
As many as the job needs. There is no hour cap on the 30-day guarantee, and the normal wear those hours cause can’t be deducted from your refund — neither can anything already recorded in our inspection report. We read the hour meter at collection for the record, not to bill you for it. Keep the keys, attachments and documents together, and have it somewhere a lowboy can reach if you decide to send it back.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after we collect it and confirm its condition, and are sent back to the same account or payment source you originally used. If we ever propose a deduction, it comes to you itemized in writing.
Most equipment carries no state title — ownership moves with the bill of sale and the serial or PIN number. If your state does title it, we’ll ask you to help reassign it back to us; otherwise we simply issue a reassignment document once your refund is confirmed.
It travels fully insured in transit. After that, cover is on you and it is not an auto policy — a machine is not registered for public roads, so it is normally insured under inland marine or as scheduled equipment on your contractor’s policy. Arrange that before it is offloaded, because you are responsible for it from that moment until we collect it.
The 30-day money-back guarantee sits alongside your 90-day limited warranty, measured in hours rather than miles, and a full 140-point inspection — three layers of confidence on a machine you could not walk around first.
Find equipment that fits your work, knowing you have 30 days on a real job to be sure.
